Part 2 Architectural Assistant Location: West Sussex Salary: £28-34,000 DOE I'm working with an award winning AJ100 architectural practice to find a Part 2 Architectural Assistant for their modern and highly sociable studio based in West Sussex. Benefits: * Enhanced maternity and paternity leave * Employee Assistance Programme and eye care support * Structured internal and external CPD programme * Mentorship scheme and organised site visits * Clear progression opportunities within a collaborative practice * Flexible working arrangements considered Key Responsibilities for the Part 2 Architectural Assistant: * Support the design and delivery of medium to large scale residential projects * Assist with the preparation of drawings and presentation material across multiple RIBA stages * Produce detailed plans, elevations, sections and technical information * Collaborate with consultants and internal teams to ensure coordinated project delivery * Contribute to sustainable design strategies and technical development * Attend meetings and support communication with clients and stakeholders About You: * Masters in Architecture from a RIBA accredited institution * Minimum 1 year UK practice experience, ideally on residential schemes * Proficient in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite * Revit experience advantageous but not essential * Strong design, conceptual and technical ability * Good working knowledge of UK Building Regulations * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Proactive, detail focused and keen to develop professionally To apply, please call Sophie on (phone number removed) or alternatively, send your CV and Portfolio across to .
