Equality Impact Assessment Manager Midlands- Hybrid role 5–6-month contract Based outside or inside IR35, negotiable pay rate TXM Recruit are seeking an Equality Impact Assessment Manager to support the customer experience team within one of our major railway clients. Key Responsibilities Take ownership of the Equality Impact Assessment process within the business by ensuring completion of assessments by project owners and managers. Ensure that the needs of our customers and colleagues are accounted for, particularly individuals with protected characteristics, and that any mitigations in place as a result of the EIA’s are sufficient and robust. Monitor and report on EIA's completed across the business to ensure that all departments are completing EIAs in accordance with our Service Agreement and Public Sector Equality Duty. Essential Requirements Previous experience of working in the rail sector Able to demonstrable relevant experience in supporting accessibility and equality impact assessments will be required Proven experience conducting and reviewing Equality Impact Assessments (EIAs) Ability to influence, challenge and provide constructive recommendations This is a fantastic opportunity to join an exciting, friendly, and fast paced team, delivering essential services.
