I’m working exclusively with an established, high-performing tech recruitment business to hire a Team Lead for their London contract division. They’re looking for someone with tech contract experience who’s ready to move from top biller → leading from the front. 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: • Strong Tech contract billing history • Data / AI or ERP exposure a big plus • Someone who enjoys mentoring and building a team, not just running their own desk 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭’𝐬 𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫: ✔️ £60k basic ✔️ Up to 40% commission ✔️ Hybrid working ✔️ Live accounts + strong brand presence Perfect for a senior consultant billing well but feeling capped where they are or a Team Lead that wants a change
