The role: We are seeking an experienced Business & Technical Support professional to act as the primary on-site point of contact for business applications within a fast-paced retail/luxury environment. This role combines application support, business liaison, reporting, and user enablement responsibilities. The successful candidate will ensure optimal system performance, support continuous improvement initiatives, and enhance the overall user experience. Responsibilities: · Act as the main on-site contact for business applications. · Serve as the primary point of contact for functional and business users. · Gather and communicate structured user feedback regarding system performance and usability. · Contribute to the Shift Left support strategy (Level 2, Level 3, AMS, etc.) to improve efficiency and issue resolution. · Monitor and analyse incoming support requests; produce statistics and performance reports. · Prepare reports and escalate alerts in case of application malfunctions or service disruptions. · Support onboarding and integration of new users into their working environment. · Deliver user training and coaching sessions to promote adoption and best practices. · Identify training needs and support ongoing skills development initiatives. Skills & Experience: Technical Skills · Strong understanding of retail systems and business applications · Proficiency in Excel and reporting/analytics tools · Ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights Professional Competencies · Strong customer focus and service mindset · Proactive and effective communicator · Excellent written communication skills · Strong planning and organizational abilities · Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability Preferred Experience · Experience within the Retail or Luxury industry · Background in application support, business systems, or IT service environments Language Requirements · French: C2 (mandatory) · English: C2 (mandatory) About Peregrine We build workforces that deliver tech and change programmes at leading UK organisations.
