What You’ll Be DoingYou’ll be keeping production running — simple as that. From fast-moving packaging lines to processing equipment, you’ll be: Fault finding on conveyors, checkweighers, slicers and automated machinery Delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM) Responding quickly and effectively to breakdowns Supporting upgrades and improvement projects Working to BRC and food safety standards This isn’t just firefighting. They want engineers who can spot issues early and drive reliability. The ShiftDouble Days rotation: Week 1: 05:30 – 14:00 Week 2: 13:30 – 22:00 Plus one mandatory Saturday every four weeks — paid at a premium rate, boosting your earnings comfortably above £48k. No nights. No permanent weekends.
