This role involves handling a high volume of inbound calls, processing orders, resolving customer queries, and ensuring a consistently high level of service. Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Administrator: * Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls. * Process orders via phone and email. * Resolve customer enquiries and issues promptly. * Complete and maintain accurate customer records. * Manage back orders, shortages, and transport queries. * Liaise with internal departments to resolve issues. * Maintain high productivity and service standards. * Support additional administrative tasks as required.
