Senior Project Manager | North Leeds | £80k - £90k + Package I’m currently recruiting for a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a large-scale education project in North Leeds on behalf of a highly respected, tier one contractor This is a key leadership role, overseeing the full project lifecycle from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring programme, quality, commercial and safety objectives are achieved The Role: Lead the delivery of a large-scale new build education scheme Take full responsibility for programme, budget and quality performance Manage internal teams and key subcontractors Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships Drive health & safety and operational excellence on site Report to senior leadership and contribute to strategic project decisions About You: Proven experience delivering large-scale (£40m+) new build projects Education sector experience desirable Strong leadership and team management capability Commercially aware with excellent programme management skills Track record of delivering projects safely, on time and within budget What’s on Offer: Competitive salary and comprehensive package High-profile, technically interesting project Long-term pipeline of secured regional work Opportunity to play a leading role within a well-established contractor If you’re a Senior Project Manager looking for your next major scheme in Yorkshire, apply now or contact me directly for a confidential discussion
