The role: Looking to build a career at the heart of major construction handovers? This is your chance to step into a critical role that bridges project delivery and operational success. As a Trainee Handover Coordinator, you’ll play a key part in ensuring high-quality Operations & Maintenance and business handover documentation is delivered accurately, compliantly and on time. Working alongside experienced Business Handover and Document Control professionals, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to live projects, industry standards and best-practice processes—setting you up for long-term growth in a fast-paced, collaborative environment You Will: * Support the preparation, collation, checking and handover of O&M manuals and project handover documentation * Maintain accurate document registers, version control and filing within document management systems * Apply approved templates, checklists and workflows to ensure consistency, quality and compliance * Review documentation to identify gaps, inconsistencies and non-compliance with internal and contractual standards * Assist with audits, lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance documentation quality and efficiency * Support training activities and engage in ongoing development related to handover processes, standards and systems We're looking For: * Educated to vocational qualification or similar. * Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. * Good written and verbal communication skills * Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. * Competent in Microsoft Office Further Information About the Role Kindly be aware that this advertisement for our job vacancy may not encompass all assigned duties, responsibilities, or aspects of the role described.
