The Role We are recruiting a Partner Acquisition Manager to support the continued expansion of our client’s partner channel. This role suits a proactive, commercially minded professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building relationships. You will be responsible for sourcing, qualifying, converting and onboarding high-potential partners while managing a structured acquisition pipeline. Key Responsibilities * Identify and engage prospective partners aligned to target profiles * Build and manage a disciplined acquisition pipeline * Lead the full sales cycle from outreach to signed agreement * Deliver compelling presentations and articulate the value proposition * Manage onboarding and drive early partner activity * Support partners through early-life success and initial performance Skills & Experience * Experience in sales, business development or partner acquisition * Ideally from Energy/Utilities but not essential * Strong commercial acumen and communication skills * Confident presenter with objection-handling ability * Structured, organised and pipeline-driven * CRM experience preferred * Positive, professional attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast paced and growth oriented environment Why Join Us? * Competitive base salary + great commission structure + car allowance * Opportunity to have direct impact on partner growth and company success * Manage own diary * Structured training and ongoing professional development * Pension scheme
