This role sits at the centre of delivery leadership - blending Operating-Model Design, Service Operations & Improvement, Transformation Delivery, Capability Uplift & Performance Optimisation. You will guide clients through both diagnostic and hands-on implementation phases, ensuring measurable outcomes across - Process, People, Data & Technology.
