Production Operative · North Tyneside · £15.49ph · 2 Shift Pattern (Days and Nights) · Temp to Perm after 12 weeks Pin Point Recruitment is looking for experienced Production Operatives for a global leader manufacturing company in the North Tyneside area Shifts: 2 Shift Pattern – 12 hr Continental shift pattern consisting of days and nights (Every other weekend off) Days 06:30 – 18:30 Nights 18:30 – 06:30 Key Duties & Responsibilities · Operating machinery and equipment in the production process. · Assemble, inspect, and package products with precision and care. · Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols. · Collaborate with team members to meet production targets. · Maintain a clean and organised work space. · Contribute to process improvements and efficiency Required Skills & Experience · Experience within a manufacturing environment · Desire to excel within a continuous manufacturing environment · Keen eye for detail · Good worth ethic and willing to learn new skills · Demonstrate innovative and problem-solving approach to work Benefits · Global leading in manufacturing company · Free on-site parking · Continuous training opportunities · Opportunities to go permanent after 12 weeks
