Registered Manager

Location: Partington, Manchester Salary: £70,000 per year (depending on experience) + Excellent PRP + Additional bonuses based on excess profit Hours: Full-time, Salaried Contract: Permanent Essential Requirements * Proven experience as a Home Manager in an elderly care/nursing home setting * Strong knowledge of CQC standards, with a track record of compliance and quality outcomes * Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff * Commercial awareness with experience of managing budgets and driving occupancy * NMC registration desirable but not essential The Role Our client is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead their flagship care home in Partington, Manchester.
