Site Manager-Residential

SLH Consult are partnering our client a national house builder who are looking to appoint a seasoned Site Manager for new site within the district of Wiltshire the position can either be long term freelance temp to perm or permanent appointment. The project will be a medium sized site consisting of new build houses both semi and detached for private sale with high end internal finishing and constructed in Cotswold stone, this will not be a high volume project, a focus on finish, the customer journey with the attention to detail is required for this project. The successful candidate will ideally evolved from a trades background progressing into a Site Manager within the new build housing sector, and must have a proven track record of delivering luxury new build dwellings, working as a site manager for a minimum of 4-5 years, you must possess a valid SMSTS qualification along with CSCS card, first aid and any other industry relevant certifications would be advantageous. This position would either cater for a candidate looking for temporary to permanent position or straight permanent opportunity
