Family Solicitor Our client a family run firm of solicitors established in 2010 are recruiting for a Family Solicitor . To join there highly successful Private Family team on a full -time permanent basis. This is an ideal opportunity for a Family Solicitor who is ambitious and keen to grow and develop their career. The role will involve dealing with a full and mixed caseload of Private Family matters, you will be responsible for running and managing your own cases with appropriate supervision. The role * Divorce/ Dissolution of Civil Partnership * Financial settlements and claims following the breakdown of a relationship * Enforcement of Financial Orders * Financial claims on behalf of a child * Applications for Parental Responsibility * Domestic abuse and family law injunctions * Separation Agreements * Pre or Post Nuptial Agreements * Cohabitation Agreements * Attending Essex courts * Declarations of Trust and Agreements regarding how a property/ asset is owned * You will be involved in some Legal Aid work * Secretarial / administration support will be provided The Candidate * An ambitious Family Solicitor with at least 1 years PQE * Ability to develop relationships with clients * Ability to network and business development to maintain and develop work from both existing and potential clients * Hours Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm Apply Now.
