The role will be working within a 3 person team and be varied, responsible for keeping the supply chain running smoothly – from the moment goods arrive on site to the point they leave for dispatch. You’ll be inspecting deliveries, managing inventory systems, driving the forklift and ensuring that stock is accurately recorded and controlled. You’ll work closely with the Supply Chain Manager, gaining experience across the full logistics process and developing skills that could open the door to career progression within the business. What You’ll Be Doing Unloading, inspecting, and recording inbound deliveries Operating forklift and pivot truck Checking quantities and the condition of goods, reporting shortages or damage Entering receipt and dispatch data into inventory/ERP systems Organising and maintaining stock within the warehouse Monitoring inventory levels and flagging low stock for reordering Picking, sorting, and preparing dispatch orders on time Loading outbound shipments and ensuring the correct goods leave site Collaborating with supervisors and colleagues to prioritise daily workloads How you’ll be rewarded Competitive Salary: £34K-36K, depending on experience Holiday - 25 days per year Healthcare scheme options Electric Vehicle /Bike to Work Scheme Flexible Holiday (Buy/Sell) options Volunteer day off Professional Membership support Pension & Income Protection What We’re Looking For Previous experience of working in a Logistics led / Warehouse role Counterbalance licence and experience of operating forklift Pivot-truck licence Strong attention to detail and good numeracy skills Comfortable maintaining accurate stock and inventory records IT-literate, ideally with ERP or inventory system experience A reliable, organised team player with clear communication skills This role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work but also values accuracy, organisation, and problem-solving.
