Intermediate Quantity Surveyor Residential Developer - 500-Unit Development Location: North London Development: 500 Residential Units Salary: £50,(Apply online only) - £65,(Apply online only) + package (Permanent) Employment Type: Permanent Start Date: ASAP ________________________________________ The Opportunity A well-established residential developer is seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team on a major 500-unit residential development in North London. This role offers the opportunity to take greater ownership of commercial packages while continuing to develop under the guidance of a Senior or Project Quantity Surveyor. You will be involved across the full project lifecycle, gaining exposure to procurement, cost control, and post-contract commercial management on a large, multi-phase residential scheme.
