Prospero Teaching is looking for a dedicated and nurturing Early Years SEN Support Tutor to support a 4‑year‑old pupil within a school setting in the BH21 area. This is a mornings‑based role, approximately 10 hours per week, starting ASAP. You'll be providing 1:1 support, helping this young learner engage positively with their Early Years education and reach their full potential. What You'll Be Doing: Planning and delivering engaging sessions tailored to Early Years needs. Supporting emotional regulation, engagement and confidence. Monitoring, assessing, and recording progress. Providing weekly progress updates. Recording attendance accurately. Bringing a calm, fair and adaptable approach to daily challenges. Creating a nurturing and safe learning environment. About You: Warm, caring, patient and understanding. Strong grasp of the Early Years Framework and child development. Organised, creative and dependable. Confident working with young learners with SEN and/or SEMH needs. At least 1 year of experience working in UK schools (ESSENTIAL).
