The company is committed to delivering innovative design solutions while ensuring technical excellence and compliance with Irish building regulations and best practice About the Role A highly experienced Architectural Technologist or Architect with strong Revit proficiency is required to join a dynamic architectural team based in Charleville, Cork City and Galway. This permanent role offers the opportunity to work on complex, medium and large-scale projects from early design stages through construction. The successful candidate will be involved in a wide range of architectural tasks, coordinate with clients and multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to high-quality project delivery. Responsibilities • Undertake a full range of architectural tasks from planning through detailed design and construction stages. • Produce high-quality technical drawings, models, and documentation using Revit. • Work on medium and large-scale developments, including residential and commercial projects. • Engage in client-facing meetings and support project presentation and coordination. • Ensure designs comply with current Irish Building Regulations, including TGD Part B and BC(A)R. • Participate in site inspections, assessments, and construction coordination. • Collaborate effectively within a fast-paced team environment. • Support project delivery on complex architectural schemes as part of a multidisciplinary team. • Contribute to quality assurance, design reviews, and overall project management tasks. Requirements Essential: • Qualified Architect or Architectural Technologist with 5–7+ years’ post-graduate experience. • Strong proficiency in Revit with proven experience delivering complex projects. • Experience delivering medium and large-scale architectural projects. • Strong understanding of TGD’s, particularly Part B, and BC(A)R compliance. • Site experience is essential. • Excellent communication skills (Fluent English required). • Strong technical capability and attention to detail. • Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, collaborative team environment. • Well-organised with proven time and resource management skills. • Self-motivated, ambitious, and proactive in professional development. • Full working rights in Ireland. • Full clean driving licence. Preferred: • Experience in client-facing roles on complex projects. • Previous experience with both residential and commercial developments.
