Administration Assistant


We Build Recruitment are currently looking to recruit an Admin Assistant to support our clients growing office team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth administrative operations across customer service, project coordination, and general office duties in a dynamic scaffolding and access services environment. Key Responsibilities * Provide general administrative support including answering phones, managing emails, and handling correspondence. * Assist with preparing and issuing quotes, invoices, and customer documentation. * Maintain and update client and project records in internal systems. * Coordinate with site teams to track project progress and update relevant paperwork. * Support scheduling and diary management for office staff and field personnel. * Assist with order processing and liaison with suppliers. * Help maintain office supplies, filing systems, and internal databases. * Deliver excellent customer service in person and over the phone, addressing enquiries professionally and efficiently. * Perform ad hoc administrative tasks to aid team performance and office operations. Skills & Qualifications * Proven experience in an administrative or office support role. * Strong organisational abilities with excellent attention to detail. * Good communication skills, both written and verbal. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new systems. * Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently under limited supervision. * A proactive attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges. Desirable (but not essential) * Previous experience in construction, scaffolding, or related sectors. * Familiarity with CRM or project management software
