As a Chef, you'll join a welcoming and supportive kitchen team, working under an experienced Head Chef. You'll prepare nutritious, crowd‑pleasing meals without the pressure of menu creation or sourcing ingredients. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing and cooking high‑quality meals Managing stock levels and supporting cost control Maintaining excellent food safety and allergen standards Coaching and supporting junior team membersThis role offers a great balance of hours, with limited late nights, frequent Friday or Saturday evenings off (particularly outside peak season), and minimal Christmas working - ideal for developing your career without sacrificing personal time.
