The Role You will: * Lead mobilisation planning across multiple venues * Manage live operational delivery throughout the event * Oversee staffing, scheduling, and service performance * Act as the senior on-site lead for stakeholders * Coordinate multi-team operations in dynamic environments * Resolve operational challenges quickly and effectively * Ensure seamless demobilisation and contract close-down This is a visible, high-impact role with real accountability.
