Mill Operators

We are supporting a major industrial minerals operator in the search for a skilled Mill Operator to join their operations in Kuwait. This site-based role is responsible for the efficient operation of crushing and milling equipment, working with control systems such as SCADA to ensure the safe and accurate processing of materials including Barite, Bentonite, Calcium, and Marble. Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor plant equipment using SCADA/control panel systems Maintain smooth running of crushers, mills, conveyors, and hoppers Carry out regular inspections and basic maintenance of machinery Oversee accurate loading of raw materials and product transfers Ensure correct filling of bulk trucks with Barite and Bentonite Monitor operational data, identify equipment issues, and report as required Maintain detailed production records and communicate effectively with the shift team Candidate Requirements: Hands-on operational experience within milling, crushing, or bulk materials handling Familiarity with SCADA or other automated control systems Strong mechanical understanding and ability to support routine maintenance Comfortable working with industrial materials in a production setting Clear written and verbal communication skills in English Technical training or mechanical diploma preferred This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing industrial team based in Kuwait, with long-term prospects and a strong commitment to safety and operational excellence.
