Teaching Assistant – NP25 Job Title: Teaching Assistant Location: NP25 Contract Type: Full Time / Part Time Start: ASAP Pay: Weekly pay Teaching Personnel are recruiting a Teaching Assistant for schools in the NP25 area. We need candidates who bring energy, initiative and a strong work ethic into the classroom. This is not a sit-back role — you must be ready to get involved. The Role Support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 Provide 1:1 support where required Assist with classroom management and learning activities Help maintain engagement across the class Support teachers in a busy school environment Encourage positive behaviour and focus What We’re Looking For Strong “get up and go” mindset Proactive approach to classroom support Engaging and confident with children Comfortable working in busy settings Able to take initiative without constant direction Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply) If you’re someone who naturally steps forward, gets involved and supports wherever needed, this role could be a great fit.
