Project Manager – 32-Storey Student Accommodation Scheme Location: North Acton Project Value: £100m Salary: Circa £95,000+ (flexible for the right candidate) We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a £100m, 32-storey student accommodation scheme in North Acton. This is a significant high-rise development and requires a strong No.1 Project Manager or an established Senior Project Manager ready to take full project ownership. The role will report into a Contracts Manager who will oversee the scheme. The Role * Lead and manage the full lifecycle of a 32-storey PBSA scheme * Work closely with the pre-construction team initially * Take ownership of the construction programme (Planner assigned to the project, but PM must be capable of managing and updating the programme independently) * Drive project delivery from pre-con through to completion * Manage internal and external stakeholders, consultants, and subcontractors * Ensure programme, cost, quality, and safety targets are achieved Candidate Requirements * Tier 1 main contractor background preferred * Strong high-rise experience (essential) * Experience delivering large-scale residential, PBSA, or similar complex schemes * Ideally some education project experience (the business delivers more than just high-rise) * Confident operating as a No.1 on site * Strong programme management capability Timing * PSCA is running; site start expected towards the end of the year * The business is looking to secure the right individual now * The successful candidate may initially support a school project in Hounslow before transitioning fully onto the North Acton scheme Additional Info * Salary dependent on experience (current PM level circa £95k, with flexibility for the right individual) * Role currently being briefed to a small number of agencies * No interviews lined up yet
