Stores Technician

Our client, a well-established precision engineering company with over 60 years of expertise, is seeking a Stores Technician to support their machine shop operations. You’ll be responsible for handling tooling, consumables, and measuring equipment, ensuring all goods are correctly received, stored, and issued using ERP systems. Key Responsibilities: Issuing and maintaining tools and equipment Receiving and inspecting deliveries Supporting stock audits and ERP data input Ensuring clean, safe, and well-organised stores areas Requirements: Experience in an engineering stores or toolroom environment Knowledge of machine shop tooling and consumables Familiarity with stock control systems and ERP software Manual handling capability and attention to detail This full-time onsite role, is a great opportunity to join a well-established, family-owned engineering business with a strong reputation for quality, stability, and investment in its people
