Working in a close knit collaborative team they are looking for a Demand Planner, initially on a 12 month FTC with the possibility of extension. Role & Responsibilities: Forecast & purchase products aligned to market & company requirements Submit orders to supplier, work closely with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels, balancing supply with forecasted demand Participate in regular S&OP meetings to align demand forecasts with internal stakeholders Identify potential risks to the demand forecast Knowledge, Skills & Experience: Experience in a Demand Planning or Purchasing role desirable Strong understanding of the business environment, market dynamics Experience using forecasting ERP or Planning Systems Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge Benefits Package: £30,000 - £37,000 Monday – Friday 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, Extra paid day off for your birthday Free access to an Employee Assistance Programme app providing 24/7 support and advice, Free gym and spa access, social events from competition days, bowling, comedy nights, 2 additional paid days off per year to volunteer at your chosen charity, Pension scheme.
