Engagement & People Experience Partner | £60k pa | Permanent | Hybrid | London | Our client is seeking an Engagement & People Experience Partner to join a busy team. In your role you will assist in designing and implementing initiatives that enhance engagement, satisfaction, EDI and well being across all levels of the organisation. We are looking for a practiced initiator and influencer of change. Your experience in transformation activities, including culture change and changing employee behaviour, attitudes and shared values in pursuit of the organisations desired culture shift is highly desirable. Essential experience required: Degree level educated or equivalent qualifications / experience in relevant field. Good understanding and working knowledge of digital communication and collaboration tools including Office 365 Teams; and SharePoint About You: Demonstrable experience of devising and implementing high-quality employee experience and engagement initiatives, plans and strategies using a full range of techniques. Strong technical skills in the development and deployment of employee engagement survey tools and techniques. High level communicator both written and verbally with ability to tailor to different audiences. Problem solver Good stakeholder management skills and relationship building skills Location: London.
