Contracts Manager London / Home Counties £60,000 - £67,000 + Company Car / Car Allowance + Private Medical + Life Insurance + more My client is seeking an experienced BMS Contracts Manager to oversee the commercial and operational delivery of multiple Building Management System projects across commercial and mixed-use developments. This role suits someone with strong contractual knowledge and a solid technical understanding of BMS systems, capable of managing projects from award through to completion while maintaining profitability and client satisfaction. The successful BMS Contracts Manager will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and in line with client expectations.
