What You'll Be Doing Customer Care & Complaints Act as the lead quality interface for global customer issues and technical enquiries Drive robust investigations using structured methodologies (8D / 5 Why / Ishikawa) Analyse feedback, KPIs, and customer trends to identify opportunities for improvement Support customer audits and uphold best‑in‑class service standards Supplier Quality & Approvals Manage supplier onboarding, qualification, and ongoing performance reviews Conduct supplier audits both on‑site and remotely Lead supplier development initiatives and ensure effective corrective actions Maintain accurate supplier records and approved supplier listings Quality Management System (QMS) Maintain and continuously enhance our ISO 9001‑aligned Quality Management System Control and improve procedures, work instructions, and documentation Support both internal and external audits Ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and internal quality requirements General Quality Engineering Support investigations into non‑conformances and lead root cause analysis Assist in process improvement activities and risk assessments Collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, Purchasing, and Customer Service Contribute to continuous improvement and operational excellence projects What You'll Bring Essential Experience in a Quality Engineering or Quality Assurance role within manufacturing Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and structured QMS environments Strong background in customer complaint handling and corrective actions Experience in supplier quality, approvals, or performance management Excellent analytical, root‑cause problem‑solving, and reporting skills Confident communicator, able to work effectively with customers and suppliers Desirable Experience conducting internal or supplier audits Engineering or technical background Personal Qualities Methodical, organised, and detail‑driven Comfortable working autonomously and managing multiple priorities Calm, professional, and resilient when handling customer challenges Passionate about continuous improvement and driving positive change Adecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
