Lithographic Printer Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne Role Type: Temporary Shifts: 3-week rotating pattern (Days & Nights, 12-hour shifts) 34 hours per week We are seeking a skilled Lithographic Printer to join our production team, operating high-spec machinery in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment. What you will be doing · Press Operation: handling everything from plate loading to registration. · Maintaining colour consistency and conducting quality checks. · Mixing inks to spec and managing stock levels of paper, plates, and consumables to minimise waste. · Keeping the wheels turning through routine cleaning, troubleshooting, and active participation maintenance. What you will bring to the team · Experience as a Lithographic Printer · An understanding of both UV and conventional print processes. · Colour management skills and a "right first time" attitude. · The ability to troubleshoot mechanical or print issues. · A flexible approach to shift work and a positive, team-focused work ethic.
