Electrician – Marine & Dockyard Environment 37–40 hours per week We are recruiting an experienced Electrician on a permanent basis to support a wide range of marine and dockyard engineering projects. This role is ideally suited to an electrician with dockyard, shipyard or heavy industrial experience who is looking for long-term stability, flexibility and varied, technically interesting work. Key responsibilities include: * Installing, maintaining and repairing electrical systems on marine vessels and within the dockyard * Carrying out inspections, fault-finding and diagnostics to ensure systems are safe, compliant and fully operational * Interpreting electrical drawings, schematics and technical specifications * Planning and delivering electrical installations and repairs in line with project requirements * Working collaboratively with engineers, project managers and other trades * Demonstrating a strong commitment to health, safety and environmental standards at all times Working Pattern & Pay * Permanent position * 37–40 hours per week * Flexible working option available — hours may be completed earlier in the week, allowing additional time off (subject to management approval) * Overtime available, including weekends and shift work as required About You We’re looking for an electrician who brings strong marine or industrial experience and a professional, safety-focused approach.
