SEN Teaching Assistant - Swanley - Full-Time | Long-Term - Immediate Start TimePlan Education are currently recruiting a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to work at an SEN School in Swanley, supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity within a supportive SEN setting, ideal for someone passionate about making a real difference in children's lives. The Role As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups throughout the school day. You will work with children who have a range of identified SEN needs, supporting learning inside the classroom, taking part in targeted interventions, and assisting during some break times. The school is an all-through school supporting children from 7 - 19 years old. The school also has a number of facilities to further support the children. Some pupils may present with more challenging behaviours; however, the school offers a strong support structure and TimePlan Education provides FREE Team Teach training to ensure you feel confident and well-prepared. You will work closely with the SENCO, senior leadership team, and external professionals such as therapists and healthcare services.
