1:1 Teaching Assistant - Min 1 month contract - Stafford We are seeking a dedicated and caring 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join a busy, thriving and growing primary school in Stafford within their nursery class. The post is Required ASAP on a temporary basis. This opportunity is great for somebody who is seeking a rewarding role as a 1:1 teaching assistant, supporting a child in Nursery whilst also providing general support to the rest of the class. The school benefits from a close-knit team who work together to provide the best education for all pupils across the school. The role includes: Providing 1:1 teaching assistant support for a pupil in Nursery (desirable but not essential). Working for a reputable education agency - Academics Ltd. Working alongside the class teacher to provide general support for the class. Assisting class teacher in adapting classroom activities and resources to meet the pupil's needs. The ability to create and foster an inclusive, safe and warm learning environment. Work alongside teachers, SENCo, and external professionals. Support the pupil's social, emotional, and academic development.We are looking for someone who: Has experience working in Nursery (1:1 experience desirable) Is patient, caring, and reliable Enhanced DBS Available to start ASAP Can commute to Stafford Is able to follow guidance and adapt support to individual needs Ability to support a nursery class with general support Fully registered to work for AcademicsPay: £90 - £100 a day (dependent upon experience). Holiday pay is included on day rate.
