Night Concierge

The role: Night Concierge Location: West London Salary: £33,000 - £35,500 Hours: 12 hour shift - 4 days on/ 4 days off The role of the Night concierge is to support the head concierge in the day-to-day operations of the lobby area. Provide a highly professional, friendly, and efficient service to all residents, ensuring a warm welcome, a memorable experience, and a seamless move-in process. Key Responsibilities: Full Occupation Phase: - Implement and manage services as defined by the Resident Operations Manager or General Manager. - Handle assigned tasks and perform other reasonable duties as required. - Provide accurate and up-to-date information to both residents and colleagues. - Ensure effective shift handovers by giving and receiving detailed handover notes. - Safeguard and manage pass keys in compliance with key policies. - Attend meetings to ensure efficient communication within the team. - Monitor arrival and departure schedules to anticipate and address visitor needs. - Respond to resident and visitor enquiries, seeking assistance when necessary. - Maintain and update the concierge software regularly. - Attend all required Health & Safety and fire training sessions to comply with legal requirements. - Promptly report any accidents, near misses, or hazards to your manager or supervisor. - Be familiar with the fire policy and emergency procedures, including how to respond to an activation. Requirements: - Relevant experience within luxury residential or hotel settings, ideally as a Night concierge. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook. - Impeccable appearance and presentation. - Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. - Passion for delivering high standards of personalized service with confidence and calmness. - Personable, empathetic, and warm with a conscientious attitude. - Willingness to adapt and work flexible hours.
