Senior Account Executive – Print & POS West Yorkshire Up to £28,500 25 days holiday plus bank holidays bonuses  Full-time (5 days) Hybrid after initial period Are you an experienced Account Executive who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic Client Services environment and brings hands-on experience within print production? If so, this could be an exciting next step in your career. We’re looking for a confident, commercially astute Client Services professional with a strong understanding of print and POS, who is comfortable managing major retail and household-name brand accounts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being at the centre of complex, high-quality print projects and takes pride in delivering outstanding results. What you’ll be doing: As a Senior Account Executive, you will take full ownership of print projects from initial brief through to final delivery. Your responsibilities will include: Managing print briefs and overseeing campaigns and projects end to end Producing accurate job cost estimates, considering materials, labour, overheads, and margin Managing cost variations and ensuring all changes are clearly documented and charged. Proactively chasing artwork, materials, internal teams, and suppliers to keep projects on schedule Maintaining a clean and efficient order process to ensure on-time delivery Liaising with external suppliers and attending both internal and client-facing meetings  What you’ll need for your application to be successful: Strong knowledge of print production and the POS/retail sector Experience managing POS retail accounts and major brand clients Confidence working to established processes, policies, and commercial targets Highly organised, proactive, adaptable, and detail-focused Experience using MIS systems (Tharstern experience is highly desirable) A professional, confident communicator with a strong client-facing presence  Please note: this is not a fully remote role, however, some home working flexibility is available following the initial onboarding period.
