Client Details Private equity firm in London, 3 days a week in the office Description Part of highly regarding Marketing team responsible for external positioning of firm and delivering over 60 events per annum Hardworking, high energy, dynamic Events Manager with proven experience of executing on multiple simultaneous event ranging from small dinners to webinars and large investor conferences Strong focus on flawless preparation and implementation Excellent attention to detail Experience of CRM and event management software, knowledge of Dealcloud particularly useful (but not a must) Financial services or professional services experience particularly relevant Ability to work with different stakeholders and members across the firmProfile A successful Event Manager should have: Proven experience in managing events, preferably in financial services or a similar industry. Strong organisational and project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of event budgeting and cost management. Familiarity with event planning tools and technology.
