Construction Site Manager – South Wales Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum Location: South Wales (Head Office: Cardiff) We are partnering with a leading construction recruitment agency to find an experienced Construction Site Manager to join a dynamic team delivering high-quality projects across South Wales. About the Role: This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on Site Manager with experience across Refurbishment, Fit Out, and New Build projects, working across a range of sectors. You will oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction, while leading and coordinating site teams effectively. Key Responsibilities: * Manage multiple construction sites, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. * Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams on-site. * Maintain strict adherence to health and safety regulations. * Report to senior management on project progress and performance. * Foster strong client relationships and ensure excellent communication throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements: * Proven experience as a Site Manager on Refurbishment, Fit Out, and New Build projects. * Ideally you will have some experience working for a Tier 1 Contractor * Exposure to commercial and public sector projects is highly desirable. * Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. * Full UK driving licence.
