Position: Project Coordinator Location: Abingdon, Oxfordshire Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience Our client is an established architectural company who are seeking a new permanent Project Coordinator on a permanent basis in the Abingdon area. The Role: As a Project Manager, you will work within the Sales Support team, handling both small and large-scale lighting projects to ensure their successful planning and logistical implementation. Main Responsibilities: * Processing project orders quickly and efficiently * Preparing quotations promptly * Producing production packs for in-house product manufacture * Delivering projects on time and keeping customers informed throughout * Coordinating production drawings where required * Procuring materials from the factory and partner companies * Liaising with the warehouse to meet customer requirements on time and to a high standard * Coordinating UK-wide after-sales service with field-based engineers About You: Applicants should have excellent written and spoken communication skills, and experience in planning, managing, and logistics. You will need to be proficient in working as part of a small team and demonstrate strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise between conflicting demands and meet tight deadlines.
