This role is central to developing high-quality, competitive tender solutions that drive business growth ๐. You will design operationally robust, commercially viable, and client focused solutions, using digital tools, data insights, and industry best practices to create efficient and scalable service delivery models that win work and deliver long term value. ๏ธ Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end solution design process for FM tenders, including hard services,soft services, and Total Facilities Management (TFM) ๐งฑ๐งน๐ข Collaborate closely with Proposal Managers, Estimators, SMEs, and Business Unit leadsto ensure solutions are fully integrated and competitive ๐ค Take full ownership of the operational solution within each tender, from initial concept tofinal submission and handover ๐โก๏ธโ Create clear visual models of delivery approaches and organisational structures ๐ Identify operational and commercial risks, propose effective mitigations, and ensurecompliance with legislation and industry standards (e.g. SFG20, ACOPs, HTMs, BICSc) Lead pricing strategy development and ensure alignment with supply chain partners ๐ฐ Produce compelling, evidence-based delivery methodology responses for RFI, ITT, andRFP submissions โ๏ธ Maintain and continuously improve solution design templates, tools, and processes ๐ Leverage emerging technologies and industry best practices to enhance tender solutions ๐ Essential Skills & Experience Proven experience in solution design within Facilities Management ๐ข Strong understanding of hard services, soft services, and TFM delivery models Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills ๐ฌ Strong analytical ability to assess technical and commercial impacts, identify risks, andpropose mitigations ๐ง Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power BI, and relevant digital platforms ๐ป Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and value creation โจ Professional membership of RICS, CIOB, or a related industry body ๏ธ Degree-level qualification in engineering, facilities management, or a related discipline(or equivalent experience) ๐ If you're excited about application security, identity management, and creating robust, secure solutions for modern architectures, we want to hear from you!
