What you’ll be doing: Supporting pupils with a range of SEND needs, helping them achieve their full potential Assisting with classroom activities and learning interventions Providing personal care when required, always with dignity and respect Working closely with teachers and staff to create a positive learning experience Encouraging independence, confidence, and social development What we’re looking for: Empathetic and patient, with a genuine desire to help children thrive Adaptable and resilient, ready to handle challenges with a positive attitude Strong communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal A team player who works well with colleagues and professionals Understanding of SEND needs such as autism, ADHD, and physical disabilities Committed to safeguarding and promoting inclusion Requirements: Previous experience in a SEND setting is desirable Ability to provide personal care support when needed Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one) Apply today and start your journey towards making a lasting impact!
