Toddler Room Leader Level 3

We are seeking a dedicated, reliable, and enthusiastic Toddler Room Leader (Level 3) for our bilingual private day nursery in Vauxhall. Responsibilities: * Lead the toddler room, supervising and supporting children aged 1–3 years * Plan and implement age-appropriate activities promoting physical, social, and cognitive development * Ensure adherence to EYFS, safeguarding policies, and Ofsted requirements * Supervise meals, bottle prep, and maintain hygiene standards * Conduct daily risk assessments and maintain accurate records via Famly app * Build positive relationships with families and support children’s learning and development * Perform any other duties as required by management * Flexibility to work various shifts as needed; physically able to lift and move children and equipment Benefits: * Salary: £16–£17 per hour (£33k–£35k per annum, based on 40 hours/week) * 36–40 hours/week (leaders: 40–45 hours/week, Monday–Friday) * 20 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays * 2 weeks off during Christmas and New Year * Paid trainings and qualifications * Time back for staff meetings * 5 inset days for team building and indoor training * Staff dinners and quarterly social activities * £200 bonus after 6 months’ probation * Anniversary rewards: extra day off for birthday/wellbeing after 1 year; additional days and gifts at 2- and 3-year milestones * Childcare support, referral programme, company pension, and cycle-to-work scheme * Attendance bonus after 6 months without sick leave
