Interim Clinical Deputy Manager (South East) 3‑Month Contract | Competitive Day Rate We are seeking a confident and compassionate Interim Clinical Deputy Manager to support a well‑established care home in the South East for a three‑month assignment. About the Role In this interim position, you'll provide strong clinical oversight and day‑to‑day leadership, ensuring high‑quality care and regulatory compliance during a period of transition. You'll work closely with the Home Manager and wider multidisciplinary team to maintain excellent standards and support staff across all clinical functions.
