Sub Agent

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sub Agent to work on a marine civils project. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established civil engineering contractor delivering complex marine and coastal infrastructure works. Role & Responsibilities: Supporting the Site Agent in the day-to-day management of marine civils works Coordinating site activities to ensure works are delivered in line with programme and specification Managing subcontractors and direct labour on site Assisting with short-term planning, method statements, and risk assessments Ensuring works are carried out safely and in line with HSEQ requirements Monitoring progress, quality, and productivity on site Liaising with engineers, commercial team, and project management Managing site records, permits, and daily reporting Assisting with resolving technical and construction issues as they arise Requirements: Previous experience working as a Sub Agent or Section Engineer on civil engineering projects Strong background in marine civils, marine infrastructure, or coastal works preferred Good understanding of site management, sequencing, and temporary works Valid SMSTS Valid CSCS card Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills Application: To apply for this Sub Agent role, please submit your up-to-date CV and a member of the team will be in touch
