We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistants to support students with Autism and Behavioural Difficulties in a nurturing and rewarding specialist school environment. About the Role As an LSA, you will: Provide 1:1 or small‑group support to students with additional needs. Help students build confidence, communication, social skills, and independence. Work collaboratively with teachers to maintain a safe, structured, and positive learning environment. Support students in managing challenging behaviours using positive reinforcement and de‑escalation strategies. What We're Looking For We welcome individuals who are: Caring, patient, and committed to supporting children with diverse needs. Strong communicators with excellent interpersonal skills. Experienced in Autism, behavioural needs, or SEN settings (desirable but not essential). Motivated team players with a genuine passion for helping students succeed.
