Quality Assurance Specialist

Quality Assurance Specialist Walker Cole International is partnering with an innovative UK pharmaceutical manufacturer to appoint a Quality Specialist. This role will play a key part in maintaining GMP compliance and inspection readiness across a state-of-the-art laboratory operation Key Responsibilities for a Quality Assurance Specialist: * Maintain and develop the GMP Quality Management System, ensuring ongoing inspection readiness * Manage Quality Events, including deviations, CAPAs, and change controls * Write, review, and maintain SOPs, records, and controlled documentation in line with GDP * Support and oversee self-inspections, audits, and risk assessments * Work cross-functionally with Production, Quality Control, Growing, and Commercial teams to support safe and efficient product release * Support supplier and customer approval activities and liaise with external QA functions A Quality Specialist will have: * Strong understanding of GMP compliance and inspection readiness * Hands-on experience managing a QMS and Quality Events * Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing manufacturing environment * Relevant Life-sciences or equivalent bachelor's degree Job ID- 91781
