Senior Account Manager - Large Format / Signage 📍 Hertfordshire 💰 £38-40K + Mobile, Laptop, Expenses + Career Growth Our client, a leading large-format print and signage company, is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to manage and grow a major client account. This role combines field-based client visits across the UK with office-based coordination, ensuring projects are delivered smoothly while building strong long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities Manage and develop a key national client account Build relationships with stakeholders and identify growth opportunities Conduct site visits, surveys, and oversee signage projects from quote to installation Manage orders, timelines, and communication between client and internal teams Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling Resolve issues quickly and maintain high service standardsRequirements Proven Account Management experience (signage or large-format print preferred) Experience managing large, multi-site accounts Strong commercial awareness and organisational skills Confident communicator able to work independently Full UK driving licenceDesirable Knowledge of signage materials and production Experience with brand guidelines, CRM systems, or leisure/local authority clientsSuccess in the Role Strong client relationships Stable and growing account revenue Smooth project delivery and internal coordination
