M&E Manager

M&E Manager Location: Cambridge / Peterborough Corridor Package: Up to £65,000 We’re working with a well-established contractor delivering complex M&E projects across commercial and critical environments. Due to continued growth, they’re looking to appoint an experienced M&E Manager to oversee projects across the Cambridge–Peterborough region. This is a key role with real autonomy, offering exposure to technically challenging schemes and long-term progression within a stable business. The Role * Manage M&E delivery across multiple projects from pre-construction through to handover * Coordinate mechanical and electrical packages, subcontractors, and suppliers * Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and within budget * Act as the technical lead on-site, resolving design and installation issues * Liaise closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams * Oversee commissioning and snagging to ensure quality standards are met About You * Proven experience as an M&E Manager (or strong Senior Engineer ready to step up) * Background delivering M&E projects within commercial, healthcare, life sciences, data centres, or similar environments * Strong technical understanding of both mechanical and electrical systems * Confident communicator with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders * Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regionally What’s on Offer * Salary up to £65,000 (depending on experience) * Car allowance / vehicle * Pension and benefits package * Long-term career progression and project continuity * Opportunity to work on high-quality, technically interesting projects
