Site Manager (Cover)

Job Description We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a short-term M&E upgrade project on a single-storey building in Sevenoaks. The role will involve managing the site through the final stages of works and ensuring a smooth handover to the Senior Site Manager. Key Responsibilities * Day-to-day management of site activities * Overseeing M&E upgrade works * Coordinating subcontractors and trades * Ensuring health & safety compliance on site * Maintaining programme and quality standards * Managing site documentation and progress reporting * Supporting final inspections and handover to SM Requirements * Proven experience as a Site Manager * Strong knowledge of M&E works * SMSTS, CSCS (and First Aid preferred) * Ability to manage a small project independently * Strong communication and organisational skills Rate * Competitive (dependent on experience)
