Workshop Controller

Workshop Controller required for Successful Automotive busy and reputable dealership network in the Wigan area.   Our Client is seeking a Workshop Controller to join their busy service department and it is essential that you have a previous working experience within a busy Automotive Workshop.   Benefits: Competitive basic salary of £36,000 per annum, with an OTE of up to £40,000 Full-time, permanent position with hours of 44.5 per week Hours are Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm, with alternate Saturdays from 8.30am to 12.30pm Generous holiday entitlement that increases with service, plus your birthday off Comprehensive life and health insurance benefits Pension scheme options Cycle-to-work schemes and staff discounts Duties: Allocating work to the technicians within the Workshop Ensuring all associated administration is completed to a very high standard Maintaining High Levels of Customer Satisfaction Supervising the team of Vehicle Technicians Complying with Health and Safety regulations and ensuring the Workshop is a safe place to workRequirements: Have a previous working experience within a similar role Strong Leadership skills A full and valid UK Driving Licence Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy WorkshopHours of work for this Workshop Controller role are: Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm, with alternate Saturdays from 8.30am to 12.30pm The Salary being offered up to £36,000 with OTE £40,000.
