Part Time - Accounts Administrator


10 hours per week (over 2 days) Salary equivalent of £13.46 p/h Are you an experienced Administrator seeking part time flexible hours to work in a modern and professional setting in a fantastic office space in Liphook. My client offers hands on training and also the opportunity to obtain accountancy qualifications in the future. Duties: Reconciling financial data Record income and expenses in Xero Ensure that any requests are responded to in a timely manner Report on monthly budgets Journal accruals Create and distribute monthly reports to management Reconcile accounts Ensure that compliance is maintained at all timesSkills Required: Previous accountancy experience an advantage Experience with CRM or Accountancy systems an advantage At least 3 years of office based administrative experience is essential A team player happy to work in a varied role Great communicator
